Processing time
Every keepsake is prepared to order, so please allow production time before your order ships. Our current processing window is 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery within the United States usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier service used.
What this adds up to
Most orders are delivered within 6 to 12 business days of being placed. Busy periods such as November and December, and severe weather, can add a few days.
Shipping rates
Shipping options and their prices are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. If we are running a free shipping offer, it will be shown at checkout when it applies. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see that email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If an address needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible — we can only change an address before the order is dispatched.
Bulk and clinic orders
Larger quantities may be dispatched together or in more than one shipment, depending on the items and the quantity. Timelines for bulk orders are confirmed with your quotation — please contact us or email 77453406@qq.com with your estimated quantity and we will come back to you with pricing and lead times.
