Liyueo Pet Memorials is an online store serving customers in the United States. We sell personalized pet memorial keepsakes to individual customers and, in larger quantities, to veterinary clinics, pet cremation services, animal shelters and rescues, groomers, pet care businesses and small retailers.
Information you give us
- Your name and contact details, including your email address
- Your shipping address and order details
- Messages you send us through the contact form
- Personalization details for your order, such as a pet’s name, memorial dates, wording you would like included, and any photo you send us
- Business contact details, if you place a bulk or clinic order
- Account details, if you choose to create an account at checkout
Information collected automatically
Like most online stores, this site records some technical information so that it can work correctly — for example your browser type, the pages your browser requests, and the IP address those requests come from.
This store also uses cookies that are needed for shopping to work. WooCommerce, the software that runs our shop, sets cookies to keep items in your cart and to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics tracking scripts: the scripts and styles used to display these pages are served from this website itself.

Photos and personalization details
Photos and personalization details you send us are used to produce your order and to answer questions about it. They are not used for advertising, and we do not publish them. Please send only photos that you own or have permission to use. See our Personalization Policy for more detail.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only where it is needed to run the store:
- Our payment provider, to process your payment and to handle any refund
- The delivery carrier that brings your order to you
- Our hosting provider and the software this store runs on, including WordPress, WooCommerce and WPForms
- An automated anti-spam service (Akismet) that screens form submissions for spam. It processes the submitted content together with technical information such as your IP address for that purpose
The payment provider and carrier used for your order are confirmed at checkout.
How long information is kept
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and support purposes. Personalization details and photos are kept only for as long as they are needed to produce your order and to resolve any problem with it, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us or by emailing 77453406@qq.com. We will respond and explain what we can do. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where we are required to keep them, for example for tax or accounting purposes.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
A note about addresses
This website does not publish a business, warehouse or mailing address, and does not display staff usernames or account information. Where an address is legally required for a payment, tax or shipping purpose, it is supplied privately through the relevant service rather than posted on a public page.
