Each product page lists what that piece needs. Personalization fields are not live at checkout yet, so place your order and then send the details through the contact form — we’ll confirm everything with you before we make the keepsake.

How long will my order take?

Personalized items are made to order, so they take longer than standard items. Tell us your date and we will give you an honest estimate before you commit.

Can I order a sample before a larger order?

Yes. Clinics and retailers can start with one keepsake at retail price before committing to a larger quantity. Ask us for bulk pricing.

Can I return a personalized keepsake?
