Products and descriptions
We describe our keepsakes as accurately as we can, including measurements, materials and care guidance on each product page. Colours and finishes can look slightly different from one screen to another, and because each piece is made by hand, small variations between items are normal. Product photographs are illustrative; the personalization you supply is what makes your piece different.
Orders
Placing an order is a request to buy. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation, and the contract between us is formed at that point. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and any amount paid for that order will be refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. If a payment cannot be completed, the order will not be accepted.
Personalization
Personalization is governed by our Personalization Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you send, and for holding the rights to any photo you ask us to reproduce.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and depend on the carrier.

Intellectual property
The text, photographs and designs on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, republished or reused without written permission. You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
