We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Response time

We answer messages in the order they arrive, usually within one to two business days. If you have not heard back within two business days, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, email us again at 77453406@qq.com and we will pick it up.

Order enquiries

If your question is about an order you have already placed, please include your order number. Putting it in the subject line of your email lets us find your order immediately, which usually means a faster answer.

Sending photos for a photo keepsake

Photos are often too large to attach to an order or a form. Email them to 77453406@qq.com with your order number in the subject line. Please send the original file rather than a screenshot or a version downloaded from a social media app, because those are usually compressed and reproduce poorly. If you are unsure whether your photo is good enough, send it and ask — we will tell you honestly before any work begins.

Bulk, clinic and reseller enquiries

Veterinary clinics, pet cremation services, animal shelters and rescues, groomers and small retailers are welcome to email 77453406@qq.com with an estimated quantity and the keepsake you are interested in. We will come back to you with pricing and lead times.
